Heather Graham Book review "Nightwalker"

I thoroughly enjoyed this book.  I was meandering the isles of the public library and just made a grab for one of Heather's books I hadn't yet read and came up with a winner.  Of course Heather's books are rarely losers.  In Nightwalker she combines the past with the present in flawless style while creating a page turning suspense adventure.  I was hooked from the moment the dying man fell on Jessy pinning her to the craps table where she had just won the money she was desperate for.

A highly recommended book I'd give it five Bookmarks!

Have you visited a bookstore lately?

The two big stores that spring to mind are Barnes and Noble and Books a Million.  Both are huge both have nice coffee shops and both are great for browsers.  I love to walk the isles and look at the books.  In today's economy I can't afford to buy all the books I want so I carry a small notebook and write the authors and titles that catch my eye.  Later I go to the library and see if they have them for check out.  Its great to read for free!

Book Review Walks and Rambles in Southwestern Ohio

With spring here and summer on the way many people’s thoughts are turning to outdoor fun. Unfortunately our bank accounts may say that there aren’t many things we can afford to do, while our bodies crave the good health benefits to be found in the great outdoors. Fortunately the local public Library has a book that will help solve those problems.

The book “Walks and Rambles in Southwestern Ohio” by Ralph Ramey is a great example. This book provides the reader information on thirty-six nature preserves, woods and state parks where people can walk and experience both nature and local history at minimal cost. Many of these areas are within Montgomery County. Chapters about each area includes maps, pictures, the distance of the trail, the facilities available and if the trail is suitable for the physically challenged.

Check out a copy from your local library, or buy your own to carry with you as you enjoy the great outdoors with your family.
